Welcome, as a Humanistic Integrative Therapist I understand there are many reasons why you may feel counselling is the next step on your journey, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, sudden changes, life pressures, loss or traumatic life events etc. I invite you to explore all aspects in a safe, collaborative, non-judgemental space.  My intention is to offer you more awareness on choices, decisions and actions you take in life, enabling conscious intentions to realise your truest potential.

I also offer Humanistic Integrative Supervision, I work with an intuitive, transpersonal approach, sessions will flow with what you need, trusting what is discussed will empower you and offer an expanded vision to your process whilst supporting the ethical standards required. Sessions are collaborative and explorative into your process, development and needs. I hold the therapeutic relationship of upmost importance for the working alliance to maintain consistency and success.
